Where required by applicable law, we will provide opt-out rights for targeted advertising or the "sharing"/"sale" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Section 8.5.
We may use personal information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, legal processes, tax obligations, accounting obligations, platform requirements, and governmental requests.
We may use personal information for other purposes with your consent or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, certain advertising, analytics, or attribution activities may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" under some U.S. state privacy laws. Please see Section 8 for your choices.
We may disclose personal information as follows:
We may share information with TikTok or other platforms as necessary to operate the Mini-Program, comply with platform rules, authenticate users, process purchases, enable platform analytics, prevent fraud, and satisfy platform requirements. TikTok's processing of your information is governed by TikTok's Privacy Policy.
We may disclose personal information to service providers that perform services for us, including:
cloud hosting providers;
data storage providers;
content delivery networks;
analytics providers;
crash reporting and performance monitoring providers;
customer support tools;
payment processors;
fraud prevention providers;
advertising, mediation, and attribution partners;
security service providers;
professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, and accountants.
These service providers are authorized to use personal information only as necessary to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by law.
Because the Mini-Program is advertising-supported, we may disclose identifiers, advertising identifiers, device information, event data, usage data, and transaction event data to advertising networks, ad mediation platforms, demand-side platforms, analytics providers, and mobile measurement partners to deliver and display ads, measure campaign performance, attribute conversions, prevent ad fraud, and deliver or personalize ads.
Examples of events may include mini-program launch, registration, episode view, game start, level completion, ad impression, ad click, rewarded-ad completion, coin purchase, or premium content unlock.
Some of these activities may constitute a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" under applicable U.S. state privacy laws. You may exercise your opt-out rights as described in Section 8.5.
We may disclose personal information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to:
comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
enforce our Terms of Service;
protect our rights, property, or safety;
protect users or the public;
investigate fraud, security issues, or illegal activity;
respond to claims or legal proceedings.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or transfer of business, personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction.
We may disclose aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you for analytics, research, marketing, business, or other lawful purposes.
We and our service providers and advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, software development kits (SDKs), pixels, APIs, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and similar technologies to:
operate the Mini-Program;
remember preferences;
authenticate users;
analyze usage;
deliver and measure advertising;
cap ad frequency;
prevent fraud and invalid traffic;
improve performance;
personalize content or ads.
Advertising SDKs and Partners: The Mini-Program integrates third-party advertising and analytics SDKs to display ads and measure performance. These SDKs may collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, and ad-interaction data in accordance with their own privacy policies. You should review the privacy policies of TikTok and our advertising partners for more information about their practices.
Because the Mini-Program operates through TikTok, TikTok SDKs and platform technologies may also collect information according to TikTok's own policies and settings.
You may be able to manage certain tracking technologies through your device settings, browser settings, TikTok settings, or in-app settings. We also honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) where required by applicable law. Disabling certain technologies may affect the functionality of the Mini-Program but will not stop you from seeing non-personalized ads.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
We determine retention periods based on the type of information, the purpose for which it was collected, and applicable legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. For example, account and transaction records may be retained for the life of the account and for a reasonable period thereafter, while advertising and log data may be retained for a shorter period.
We may retain information longer where necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce our agreements, maintain security, or protect legal rights.
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction. These measures may include encryption, access controls, logging, security monitoring, employee training, and vendor management.
However, no system or method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your state of residence, including if you are a California resident, you may have certain privacy rights under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.
These rights may include:
You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, purposes of collection, categories of third parties to whom we disclose information, and other information required by applicable law.
You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from or about you, subject to exceptions permitted by law.
You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
You may request a copy of certain personal information in a portable and readily usable format, where technically feasible.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, because the Mini-Program is advertising-supported, our use of advertising, analytics, attribution, or similar technologies may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" under applicable law, and you may request to opt out.
You may opt out by:
adjusting your device advertising settings (e.g., limiting ad tracking or resetting your advertising ID);
adjusting your TikTok or platform privacy settings, where available;
using any in-app privacy setting or "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" control we provide;
enabling an opt-out preference signal such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), which we honor where required by law; or
contacting us at support@infply.com with the subject line: Privacy Opt-Out Request.
If you opt out, you may still see advertising, but it will generally be non-personalized (contextual) rather than targeted based on your inferred interests.
We do not intentionally use sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a right to limit under the CCPA/CPRA. If this changes, we will provide the required notice and choice.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. For example, we will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised your rights, except where permitted by law.
If you are a resident of a state that provides an appeal right and we deny your privacy request, you may appeal our decision by contacting us at support@infply.com with the subject line: Privacy Appeal.
Where permitted by law, you may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity.
To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond to verified requests within the time required by applicable law, generally within 45 days, unless an extension is permitted.
